These terms apply when you use Seamday. By creating an account, you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older to use Seamday.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give a real email address, so you can reset your password and get reminders.

Your content

What you add to Seamday stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. Only upload syllabi and files you're allowed to use.

Use Seamday fairly

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, access other people's accounts, or use it for anything illegal.

Check what matters

Seamday helps you plan, but it can be wrong. Syllabus import uses AI and can misread dates or details. That's why you review every item before it's saved. Reminders and notifications can be delayed or missed because of your device, browser or network. Always confirm exam times, deadlines and shifts with your school or employer.

The service

Seamday is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for missed deadlines, shifts or other losses from using it. We may change or add features over time.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and tell you about important changes before they apply.
